The Shellfish Association of Great Britain (SAGB) are hosting a special day focused on UK frozen langoustines, most of which are exported. The event will bring together experts from the fishing industry and renowned chefs to showcase this fabulous crustacean. Speakers will include Guild members CJ Jackson, Cyrus Todiwala OBE and Mike Warner.

The day is aimed at chefs, food service and hospitality professionals, and the media. There are 30 places available at £35/head. For GFW members that will be discounted to £25.
