Award for Jenny Hammerton

Guild member Jenny Hammerton recently won first prize in the Small Food Awards Savoury Fermented Product category with her N1 Mustard. The mustard has a special ingredient, N1 Pale Ale made by her nephew at the Hammerton Brewery in Islington. Jenny won a free one-day workshop at the School of Artisan Foods and chose a fermenting and pickling course run by Guild member Lindy Wildsmith (pictured above left with Jenny). Jenny reports it was a truly magical day!
