Humayun Hussain’s September supperclubs

Guild member Humayun Hussain has created two modern Indian supperclubs for September with two highly skilled chefs, which he will also be co-hosting.
Take four spices
Thursday 13 September, 7pm – 9.30pm
Indian chef Gulrez Iqbal, who trained with the Taj group, will be cooking a six course dinner emphasising four key spices which flavour, enhance and give distinction to modern Indian cooking: mustard, carom, fennel and star anise.
A North Indian vegan
Tuesday 25 September, 7 – 9.30pm
Highly-talented chef Saurav Nath, formerly at the Michelin starred Benares and Gymkhana restaurants, will cook a dinner showcasing all-vegan North Indian style dishes, but rendered in a contemporary style with dishes including Chilla Artichoke ((Tandoori grilled Globe artichoke, crispy gram flour pancake, corn fritters, coconut chutney & blue berry gel).
