Italian Studies for Bruce

Guild member Bruce McMichael ( is returning to university and moving to Pollenzo, Italy to follow a Masters in Food Culture, Communication and Marketing at the University of Gastronomic Science (UniSG). The college was created by Carlo Petrini and the Slow Food organisation and now offers several undergraduate, Masters and PhD courses. Bruce will relocate in mid-January in time for events such as Slow Fish (Genoa, May) and Slow Cheese (Bra, September).
