Jenny Linford talks time and food – The Missing Ingredient events

Jenny Linford will be discussing her new book The Missing Ingredient: the Curious Role of Time in Food and Flavour at three events this autumn.

Saturday 15 September sees her at the Abergavenny Food Festival, on stage talking about time and food with Guild President Xanthe Clay and a panel of food producers. On Sunday 21 October she will be at Bristol’s Wild and Well festival and on Wednesday 14 November she’ll be the speaker at a literary lunch at the Durham Ox pub, Crayke, Yorkshire.
