The Chef’s Table at Highbury Fields

For the last few months Guild member Polly Robinson has been busy helping to organise a programme of masterclasses, workshops, tasting sessions and dining experiences, in collaboration with cookery schools including Cordon Bleu, the School of Wok and The Chefs’ Academy. The event will take place from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 March 2019 in a purpose-built venue on Highbury Fields in north London. Many Guild members will be involved, including Gill Meller, Galton Blackiston and Chetna Makan. Gift vouchers are already available and would make an admirable Christmas gift.
