Guild member Vritti Bansal has written to tell us about Binge the magazine she edits:
‘Binge is a progressive, independent food magazine. Its first print issue focuses on the idea of community eating. The magazine carries stories by an international, credible array of food journalists. Contributors include: Former Guardian journalist Nick Johnstone, London-based food writer and photographer Torie True, Times Nightlife Critic Deepali Gupta, Edinburgh Fringe playwright Evelina Anissimova and food anthropologist and member of the Guild Bee Farrell. Contributions include stories about intuitive grocery shopping, foraging for samphire and cockles, the intersection between faith and food culture, and many more.
