Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2020: Best in the World Winners

We’ve started hearing from those of our members who have won Best in the World awards in this year’s Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.

Indian in 7 by Monisha Bharadwaj (Kyle Books) has won the award for the Best Indian/ Sri Lankan Book.

The Galilean Kitchen by Ruth Nieman, which received the Best in the World Awards for Cookbook for Peace and Culinary Tourism in 2018, this year has received the Best of the Best Award for Peace Cookbook (for the Past 25 years). 

A Boy After the Sea by Kevin Snook, which received the Best in the World Award for Seafood Cookbook in 2010, this year has received the Best of the Best award (for the Past 25 years).

The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards were founded in 1995 by Edouard Cointreau and every year they honour the very best food and wine books, printed or digital, as well as food television.
