A Slice of Cheese is a new series of 12 cheese-centric programmes (sponsored by Peter’s Yard who are also sponsoring the Guild’s First Book Award) from Food FM, the digital radio station. Cheese is such a fascinating and complex food. I’ll be exploring the world of cheese, sharing stories and voices from people who make, sell, cook, eat and love cheese around the globe. As someone who loves good cheese, I am thrilled to have this opportunity. My aim is to make everyone who listens want to go and eat some cheese!
