Im 45 and write about batch cooking and time management. I have written and had published Three cookery books in the last 2 years, and am in the middle of writing my fourth to be published next year. My publishers are HQ Harper Collins and my books are sold online, in all major bookshops and in uk supermarkets. I have a separate US book deal with William Morrow publishing.

Regulary write for other magazines and newspapers such as Hello, Platinum, Closer, Daily Mail, Scotsman, etc etc
