Ozlem Warren

Hello and Merhaba, This is Ozlem Warren, I am the author of the cookery book, Ozlem's Turkish Table, Recipes from My Homeland. I am passionate about my homeland's rich culinary heritage and delighted to be able to share it via my cookery book, and my cookery classes for over 15 years, around the globe. My cookery book got the Gourmand Best in the world award in Food Heritage, which we were delighted. You can see more about my cookery book here
