Tom inspects and reviews restaurants for the UK’s leading guidebooks. He also writes about chefs and professional kitchens, reworking recipes for home use. He provides copywriting, editing, photography and web design services to restaurants, cafes and pubs, and, in another life, owns a business that supplies recruitment software to technology start-ups. Areas of specialty include Chefs and restaurants across the UK, copywriting and consulting for the restaurant sector, restaurant reviews and profiling, cooking techniques and recipes used in professional kitchens.
