Sam Bilton

Sam Bilton is a freelance food writer and cook specialising in food history. She writes a food blog called Comfortably Hungry and also runs a historically themed supper club called Repast in Sussex. She was the Food & Drink Editor for a local lifestyle magazine in Sussex for 3 years and is a regular contributor to the English Heritage blog. Sam is a member of the Guild of Food Writers committee and helps coordinate the annual awards.
