I am the co-author of Packed, Nourish Books, 2017, with Michelle Lake. Healthy and delicious packed lunches for all, including useful, sensible nutrition guidance. As featured in Delicious, The Guardian, Top Sante, Coast, Sheer Luxe and many more. I am also a very experienced book editor. I have worked at HarperCollins, Bloomsbury and Penguin and now work freelance, mostly for Ebury. I write a fortnightly food column for The Herts Advertiser.
