Barbara Collins

I am an Armagh native who worked as a BBC Broadcast News Journalist in the Belfast newsroom for 16 years. Food has always been my passion. I joined the Guild of Food Writers in 2011. I am the Taste of Ulster/Food NI food writer. I make films for agri-food companies and restaurants. I contribute to BBC Radio Ulster, Irish Country Living, the Irish News, FFT, Georgina Campbell's ezine and occasionally Countryfile magazine. I am also the presenter/producer of the Chef's Table on Galway Bay FM. I live on a farm in the west of Ireland with my husband and children.
