I am an experienced freelance journalist and PR professional, writing on food, drink and travel. I specialise in the grocery, restaurant, café and catering sectors. My mission is to discover restaurants that cater for people with food intolerances as I have several. I enjoy discovering new food producers and writing about them. I have worked on national newspapers and magazines in the UK, Australia, New York and Hong Kong.
