I am a retired teacher of food working with a group of teachers as The Food Teachers Centre. Our aim is to promote and sustain better food teaching in schools. We are an on-line community with nearly 5,000 teachers. I am author of my own website: www.thecookeryteacher.com

Special subjects

My specialism is food science and GCSE Food teaching. I deliver training for teachers about Food investigations which are part of the new GCSE food preparation and nutrition
