Preparing, serving and sharing food with families and friends is one of life's richest pleasures. I have written many books on South East Asian cooking. I lived in Malaysia for 3 years and have travelled widely throughout the region. I have made several visits to Thailand and other countries in South East Asia to gather recipes, meet people in markets, restaurants and homes.
