Laura Nickoll

Laura Nickoll is an editor, food and restaurant writer living in Kent. She is a member of the Guild of Food Writers, judge for the Great Taste Awards, contributing author to the Where Chefs Eat restaurant guides and The Science of Spice, and co-author of The Vegan Kitchen. She is currently writing a 6-volume encyclopedia for Le Cordon Bleu. Nothing makes her happier than talking about, writing about, eating and making food. She also edits and project-manages cookbooks for a number of illustrated book publishers, including HarperCollins, Ebury, Headline, Simon & Schuster and Hardie Grant.
