Jo Pratt

Author, cook, food stylist and presenter, living in London and originating from Leicestershire (Melton Mowbray - the land of Pork Pies!). After completing a Home Economics degree I moved to London, carried out work experience at the BBC Good Food Magazine and never looked back. With well over 10 years experience of working with some of the biggest named chefs including Gary Rhodes, Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver, John Torode and Heston Bluementhal, I chose to concentrate more on writing, styling and presenting my own recipes. With eight cookbooks to date, I'm always looking for new innovative ideas or lifestyle trends to base a cookbook around. * In 2014, I collaborated with three other female chefs, to launch The Gorgeous Kitchen, an award-winning contemporary restaurant Heathrow’s Terminal 2. * In 2018 co-founded the Cook Book Festival www.cookbookfestival.org
