My health book on juicing fruits and vegetables explains with the aid of my Dictionary of Juices and Conditions and with MAFF data from the Royal Society of Chemistry the nutritional content of fruits and vegetables. I am also concerned with keeping in focus local Herefordshire produce and traditional recipes.

Special subjects

Juicing fruits and vegetables. Local Herefordshire food and recipes. Salmon conservation and salmon farming.

Regular work

Occasional contributions to BBC Hereford and Worcester, BBC Radio Shropshire and local TV. Seven years of seasonal articles for the Hereford Times. Also national magazines and regular reviews of cookery books for the Historic Houses Journal.
