Joy Skipper

I have been working as a Food Stylist, Recipe Developer and Food Writer for over 20 years, and as a Registered Nutritionist for the past 10, after gaining a MSc in Nutrition. Recent books include - The Ultimate Soup Maker Book, The Clever Guts Diet Recipe Book (Dr Michael Mosley). The 21 Day Blast Plan (Annie Deadman) As well as loving all aspects of working with food, I am hugely active and compete internationally in rowing and endurance cycling. I also run Nutrition and Cooking Workshops from my house near Henley-on-Thames.
