I am a BANT Registered Nutritionist with over 15 years experience in the food and health sector. I divide my time between analysing recipes for nutritional content, working with chefs and recipe developers and writing / editing food, cookery and health titles for both print and digital media.

Special subjects

Writing and editing evidence-based health and food features. Nutritional analysis of recipes and meal plans (including calculation of daily Reference Intakes / traffic light labelling for recipe cards and promotional material.) Compiling healthy menu / diet plans which meet guideline recommendations and daily Reference Intakes Advising on recipe development and meal plan compilations.
