A cookbook author, food educator and broadcaster specialising in Pakistani and Indo-Persian cuisine. I am also a radio broadcaster and social enterprise cook school founder based in Glasgow, Scotland called Kaleyard CIC. I am also the membership co-ordinator of the Guild of Food Writers.
