Hannah Freeman

Although based in the Welsh Borders Hannah is happy to travel wherever work takes her.
 She is extremely passionate about all aspects of the food and drink industry and is always thinking on the next meal. 
A keen supporter of the British farming industry and The Slow Food Movement , Hannah encourages everybody to buy locally, wherever they are in the world!
 The championing of seasonal foods and local suppliers are particularly close to her heart.

Regular work

Hannah's work has taken her from pub cook to caterer, food-related project co-ordinator to writer, all of which has given her a good working knowledge of the food industry. As well as food writing, styling recipes and products for photography, and recipe development, Hannah also has experience in presenting, recording and editing food-related instructional videos; reviewing products and restaurants, and offering historical and general food consultation for media. Hannah is also a food photographer and offers a consultation service to the hospitality industry.
