I was born in central Tokyo and growing up. I love Food, Nature and Dog. As you know Tokyo has an amazing culinary culture which is change day by day with influence of abroad. Some reason I married with British Indian man who has strong critical eyes for the food. From then my interest and passion for the food became more stronger and has been center of my life. Since then I have been studying very seriously about Indian food and spices. I believe that I have a mission for introduce Japanese home food to western for their health, also introduce how to add spices to Japanese food for all Japanese household for get health benefit from spices. I deliver recipes of classic Japanese home food and new flavors with spices. I dream about that I introduce new culinary culture to the world and better eating habit pass to next generation.
