Nicolas Ghirlando

I'm a London-based food and recipe writer and food stylist. I started more than 15 years ago as an assistant food photographer, having studied Fine Art at Canterbury. My passion for food led to me becoming a chef (including being a personal chef and two years at Coq d'Argent), food stylist and writer. These days I am kept very busy with the styling and writing for some of the country’s leading publications, suppliers and retailers. What keeps me even busier, however, are my children Noah and Maya and my wife Bee. They get to eat very well.
