Author of the newly released "The Island Kitchen" by Bloomsbury (May 2nd) taking readers on a culinary journey of my second home Mauritius, as well as Seychelles, Maldives and around the Indian Ocean islands. Ambassador and private caterer for Mauritian cuisine, based in London. Started the first Mauritian supperclub, hosted pop ups, cookery teaching and food writer of recipes for Jamie Oliver.com, Air Mauritius and Great British Chefs.
