Matthew Farrell

My name is Matt Farrell, I am 36 years of age. I live in Liverpool and I am freelance food and travel writer and I own a restaurant and bar company called Graffiti Spirits Group. GSG has become one of the biggest names in the North of England. We have recently operated in Liverpool, Birmingham and London and also recently appeared on BBC2 My Million Pound Menu. I have put all the information about myself on my website and journal (which holds all my published works to date as well some other pieces)

Special subjects

Food and Travel are the main areas of focus and finding the true independent heart of destinations. This has always been a passion through research and development through working and developing GSG. I am always trying to ambassador the independent business and the importance it has on the culture and social development on destinations. This is something that I try and reflect in my work. E.A.Ts Travel blog which comprises of a 48 hours in style piece. Focusing on Eat, Activity, Tipple and Stay which all in all gives a really rounded look at the destination.
