I was a professional ballerina finishing my decades long career on Broadway in Phantom, then turned chef, international restaurant consultant (UK, USA, New Zealand), writer and cookbook authour. I rejoice in learning something new everyday and so fortunate that I have 2 careers absolutely loving what I do.
