Liz Crow

I'm Lizzie Crow and have been writing on and off for several years. I am primarily a baker and I bake almost anything and everything and I genuinely enjoy creating recipes. I have written for a variety of magazines but primarily for the Dorset Magazine. I have been contributing recipes for a couple of year now and this year I am currently working on recipes for Christmas and the New Year. I attended a food writing course with Karen Barnes, Delicious Magazine, and my article about my father drying tomatoes in Spain was included in the Delicious blog. I hope very much in the new year to increase my writing and with my colleague, a food photographer, we will be approaching new magazines. I am also currently working on a book which I hope to approach the publishers with in the new year. I have been baking and selling my wares at a variety of food markets and food festivals throughout Dorset for over 10 years and I am largely self taught.
