I am a very passionate food writer and menu consultant, with a Food Journalism Diploma, from UK. I write regularly in Identity magazine (a renowned lifestyle magazine in the middle east) and other online portals. I write about food related topics then I demonstrate by sharing mostly my original unique recipes. In addition to journalism, I'm also an active menu consultant since 2014, I have worked on many menu projects all over the middle east. Lastly, almost a year ago I decided to have my own blog showcasing all my work plus sharing valuable interesting food knowledge.
