I am a chef, restauranteur and author. I am passionate about food and it is in my kitchen where I feel most at home. I love nothing more than delighting others through food, bringing friends and family together around the table.

Special subjects

Restaurants, all aspects of cooking, wine knowledge and most recently recipe writing and stories about my life in Cornwall and beyond.

French (not fluent but reasonably good)

Regular work

My new restaurant at Watergate Bay opened in May. My debut cook book was published by Hardie Grant in June 2021 - Sea & Shore recipes and stories from a kitchen in Cornwall
