If you are looking for creativity, beautiful, show stopping images when it comes to all things cheese and grazing related, then that is me. My business, Graze Cheshire was started in June 2020 during a global pandemic and within a space of 18 months, I have written a cookbook, appeared in various magazines and newspapers and now work regularly for large brands. I love my job.
I’m creative, innovative and a trend setter, go getter and published author of my own cookbook, ‘Inspired Grazing Cheese Boards and sharing plates for all seasons’.
My cookbook is the fastest selling cookbook of my publisher Meze Publishing, selling out completely within four months. Its currently on its second print run (Feb 2022).
I’m now a full-time creator and food writer, recipe developer, food stylist and trend spotter when it comes to all things cheese and grazing board related. I also teach cheeseboard classes both in person and remotely and undertake live demonstrations on how to create the perfect Grazing Board.
