Mr Lyan and Doug McMaster to Launch Cub

Guild member Ryan Chetiyawardana (aka Mr Lyan) and his team have partnered with Doug McMaster, of Brighton’s pioneering zero-waste restaurant Silo, to launch Cub at 153 Hoxton Street, London N1 6PJ. The restaurant, which is opening in September, will offer a new and luxury experience for guests, and ‘blur the boundaries of food and drink by approaching them as a united entity’.

With the help of flavour scientist Dr Arielle Johnson, ‘the venue will become its own ecosystem, with experimental ingredients grown on site.’
