Exploring Luca’s Italy is a new series of online events presented by Luca Marchiori and dedicated to Italian regional cuisine, which in the absence of a true national cuisine, is the real cuisine of Italy. Each event will explore a different region, in alphabetical order. They will include a brief introduction to the region, its major products, ingredients, and recipes and a live demonstration of how to prepare one or two of them. These events will offer a virtual experience while we are unable to travel and act as a regional guide when are able to once again. They will be presented live over Zoom and recordings will be available for those unable to attend. Tickets cost £18 for the live demonstration and £10 for ‘lifetime’ access to the recording.
