This new series, being broadcast from Monday 5 April on Food Network is the work of two Guild members author and presenter Rachel Khoo and Pete Lawrence, who runs Hungry Gap Productions. Filmed in 12 parts in England, Scotland, Wales, Amsterdam and Stockholm, it delves into the delicious history, science, art and general salivation of chocolate.
