Mi presento I have always been interested in food and food preparation since knee-high, and I was lucky enough to be shown by ‘nonna’, the art of making fresh pasta which is therapeutic in its own right. Originally from the Unesco National Park of Cilento, in Southern Italy, I now enjoy living in Buckinghamshire with my gorgeous family. My passion for food and teaching combined enabled me to pass on Italian traditions, first virtually and soon in person since joining Milton Keynes Cookery School. I also pride myself on several contributions to multiple platforms among which Foodim, Five Dinners, Riso Gallo UK and more recently added Cole&Mason and Zyliss to my portfolio. My passion for food, saw me taking part in MasterChef UK 2021, during which I won the famous apron with my signature dish for the right to cook for the judges and the Quarterfinals. More recently I won the ICG Cooking Competition Award, against other National Finalists, cooking for renowned chef judges. A feeder and an absolute lover of fresh seasonal ingredients, I was able to wow the judges with simple ingredients always 'styled with class' (cit. John Torode). I now have a vast portfolio thanks to a number of collaborations with various food brands, and I am very proud of the wonderful reviews received. Joining the Guild, will hopefully expand this very enjoyable side of my new found career.
