Charles Pelham

My mentor was the late great Susan Campbell, who amongst many other publications wrote Poor Cook with Caroline Conran. In order to learn Spanish and Portuguese at university I had internships at Taylors Port and CVNE - Compañia Vinícola del Norte de España in Rioja. My original French Exchange was with Veuve Clicquot. I am now the Restaurant Reviewer for The Catholic Herald. I have been doing this for many years, for Dine On Line, Portugal News and FoodNoise. I have also been a Judge for the Great Taste Awards. In addition I have made a number of short films about the anthropology of dishes. TV Producer feedback is that I need a partner so am looking for that person. If you are interested please contact me.
