Lily has been a plant-based food writer for five years, working on writing recipes for a number of well known brands, as well as developing recipes for charity cookbooks such as Cook for Syria and From Beder’s Kitchen. Lily is one half of Bitter Lemon, a recipe website focused on delicious veggie-packed recipes using only a few ingredients and straightforward cooking methods. Along with her partner Leo, she develops, tests and photographs every recipe to make them the best they possibly can.
