Carolyn Robb

My career began as chef to TRH The Prince and Princess of Wales. Subsequently I worked as food editor for Time Out magazine (Dubai & Abu Dhabi). I have always worked in food - as a chef, in product development, event management, promotional events, guest chef appearances, consultancy, restaurant reviews, food judging, events for the travel industry, food writing and also doing some radio and television work. My first book 'The Royal Touch' Simply stunning home cooking from a former royal chef - was published in 2015. My second book 'Tea at the Palace' will be in the USA on 6/4/22 and in the UK on 6/5/22. I am just starting work on my 3rd book with a 4th in the pipeline. I'm a single Mum to 2 children so the past few years (pre-pandemic) my work has been tailored to fit around their needs.
