Mary-Jane Fairclough

Taught at Leiths School of Food and Wine 1991-2000. Taught for Leiths Academy 2000 - 2013. Taught, in school, sixth formers: Leiths Basic Certificate 2013-2020. Co-author of two cookery books, contributed to many others. Written recipes for House and Garden and various national newspapers, done a few cookery demonstrations on TV and at Fairs around the UK. Led a cookery course in Spain and loves private tutoring.
