An experienced cook, I give demonstrations around the country. Through these, my books, and my food columns, I aim to instil confidence, inspire, demystify, and show the home cook how to produce delicious, fresh and stylishly presented food. I love to create easy, achievable recipes that are unfussy, and to convey my philosophy that cooking should be fun and not a chore. Most of them have get-ahead elements to lighten the load. I have run my own catering company in London, taught at Leiths School of Food & Wine, and produced recipes and food for books and magazines as a Food Stylist. I enjoy gardening and cooking with our home-grown fruit and vegetables.
