Southeast Asian cooking has become the focus of my research and enjoyment, so that I'm continuously at work developing recipes from the area, and teaching. I'm continuing my research also into the food and food history of the area. My ambition is to be able to pass on my knowledge to the younger generation of chefs, food industry professionals and students.

Freelance consultant to food producers but nothing on a permanent or contractual basis
