Credits over the years include The Guardian, The Financial Times, The Daily Telegraph and BBC Radio 4's 'The Food Programme'. I also wrote a gardening cookbook called 'The Urban Kitchen Gardener'. Right now, my regular writing gigs include all the chef's guides and market reports for New Covent Garden Market, contributing to the market reports for Restaurant Magasine, a weekly restaurant review column and lots of work around seasonality and food editorial for a range of commercial clients such as Panzer's Delicatessen, European Salad Company etc. I also lead on food education in a primary school for two days a week.
