I have journeyed through many industries, and I hope will continue through many more. I love food, nature, and sustainability. My wife and I have been running The Wheatsheaf in Chilton Foliat for 5 years... last year we were awarded the "Most Sustainable Business" of the year by the Sustainable Restaurant Association. Our next plan is a Biodynamic Vineyard, Market Garden and Sustainability Hub in Hastings. I wrote "30 Easy Ways to Join the Food Revolution" which was published in February this year... the sequel "Join the Greener Revolution" will be released next February.
