Sarah Wyndham Lewis

I have been a professional writer for more than 40 years, covering an extremely wide range of subjects from corporate affairs to interior design. In 2007 though, when my husband first began keeping bees, my attention turned in their direction .... and got stuck there. Bees/honey/pollinators/sustainable farming and other topics related to the food chain have now become my primary areas of interest for writing and speaking. I am one of the UK's very few professional Honey Sommeliers and also the author of 'Planting for Honeybees' published by Quadrille in five languages.

Special subjects

Global honey, honey's many sacred and functional roles in human civilisation, honey tasting, honey fraud, sustainable farming practices, ecology, honeybees and other vital pollinators.
