I wrote and self-published my ‘Mediterranean cookbook’ (now on amazon), created recipes for several brands and magazines (mostly in China where I lived for 5 years), was a restaurant critic (Louis Vuitton city guide Beijing), created cookery events for the corporate world, managed several dining clubs.
