Bruce McMichael

Bruce is an experienced food writer and photographer specialising in Mediterranean food, travel, and citrus (growing and recipes). He founded and published two regional food magazines, Taste Shropshire, and Taste Herefordshire, featuring restaurant reviews, ingredient articles, chef profiles, He also takes photo, makes videos and publishes the podcast, The Lemon Grove. He has published two books about home-based food business - COOK WRAP SELL and COOK WRAP EXPORT.
