I am a Food & Drink Consultant based in London with over 17 years of experience in the industry - including roles at Innocent Drinks, being Head of Marketing for Harrods Food Halls for 5 years, and also Head of Food Trends at Marks & Spencer for the last 2 years. I'm currently writing my first cookbook with the publisher 4th Estate titled "Mother Tongue - Flavours of a Second Generation", due for release in 2022. I was also fortunate enough to be this year's winner of the 'Jane Grigson Trust Award'. I am also the curator of the online platform MotherTongueTV.com - which celebrates food stories of migration around the world.
